Events  2018

March is Membership Month for the Winthrop Art Association.  We also have many happenings coming up that we hope you'll attend the various events and support our local artists and their art. 

The Annual Spring Arts Festival,  the main component of which is a juried exhibit featuring members of the WAA and artists of surrounding communitiesIn addition, craft tables, demonstrations by artisans and sometimes displays by local businesses round out a two-day event that invites and involves the community in 'The Arts Festival'.

Sunday, April 29th 11 AM – 4 PM
Reception/Awards Ceremony Sunday, April 29th 2-4PM

The Book Depot in the Winthrop Center is now showcasing artists from the WAA.
