WAA WEB SITE
The WAA now has a Web Site, WinthropArtAssociation.org
Our Web Master is Debbie Martelli. If you have any information to go onto our web site pertaining to your art form contact her and she can put it on there. This is a special offer to all our membership. You must be a paid-up member of be on the web site.

Debbie is now a member of the Board of Directors of the WAA and we wish to welcome her.

The Winthrop Art Association will NOT be holding Demonstration Meetings in January and February 2004 due to the lack of funds and the usual bad weather. We will start-up again with a demonstration the first Tuesday in March. Another newsletter will follow with the demonstrators for March, April and May.

Chili and Chowder Fest, February 28, 2004
We are looking for contestants for our renewed Fest. We are adding CHILI to the Chowder Fest. If you have a recipe for either Chili of Chowder contact Dawn Mahoney 617-846-2644. The co-chairpersons are Brenda Curry and Kaari Sullivan and Frank Moynihan. The hours of the Fest will be from 11AM to 2PM, Sat., Feb. 28th at the Senior Center, 35 Harvard St., Winthrop.

Spring Art Festival:
The Spring Art Festival has been decided upon. It will be held on Saturday April 25th and Sunday April 26th. More information will be in the next newsletter.
