All demonstrations are held at the Senior Center, 35 Harvard St., Winthrop.

Demonstrations:
March 2nd Susan Page-Thompson will do a demonstration of portrait profiles and family eye portraits done in pencil. She also does oil painting landscapes, still life demonstrations and is an art teacher. She also teaches part time at the South Shore Art Center in Cohasset, MA and teaches children’s classes and adult portrait courses. She is affiliated with the Plain St. Studios, in Rockland, MA.

April 6th To be announced

May 4th Matthew Martelli will be demonstrating yet again another on his many talented styles.

June 1st June Dinner Meeting and Elections is opened to all members and non-members too. This year our dinner will be at iL Pastaio, 115 Shore Dr., Winthrop. It will be a buffet from 7-9PM. If you are interested contact Dawn Mahoney. The cost is about $20 per person.

Spring Art Festival:
The festival will be held on Saturday April 25th and Sunday April 26th. All the information is included in this envelope. You will also find raffle tickets in this envelope. Please sell as many as you can to fund the scholarship program and the festival.

Classic Galleries will be holding their usual winner’s circle exhibition called the “WINNER’S CIRCLE”. This is when all the 2004 ribbon winners display their work for the month of May. Classic Gallery is located at 516 Shirley St., Winthrop and the phone number is 617-846-8469.

If you have not paid your dues for the 2003 – 2004 season yet, please due so. If you are not a paid up member you will not be able to put three pieces of your art work in the festival, you will only be able to put 2 pieces. Funding has been cut to the bare bones and we need every member to do his or her part. Paying your dues will help us with programming and the festival.
