Demonstration Meetings will be Tuesday, February 7th and Tuesday, April 4th
.
February 7th Meeting/Demonstration Learn basic techniques of pen & ink. This will be a pen and ink workshop by Dawn. Bring your enthusiasm and try it out. Supplies will be there for you to try.
April 4th Meeting/Demonstration will be announced in the next newsletter.
Our demonstrations are held at the Winthrop Senior Center, 35 Harvard St. Winthrop at 7:30 PM. All demonstrations are free and open to everyone.

APRIL 2006 ART FESTIVAL
This year’s Art Festival will be the weekend of April 29th and 30th.
Set these dates aside!
This year we have changed the hours of the Festival. Saturday will be from
11am to 4pm, with a reception from 2-4pm, and Sunday from 11am to 3 pm.
The applications will be sent out in February. We are going to need a lot of
help setting-up and breaking down the show, so if you would like volunteer
contact Dawn at 617-846-2644.
CHILI AND CHOWDER FEST
We will be having our Chili & Chowder Fest again on Saturday, March 4,
2006, 11:00am - 2:00pm Addmission $5.00
We will be collecting entries this month, Anyone can enter. Enter and try winning
the distinction of being the Chowder or Chili Winner.

Gallery Dupree is now open again. The days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and
Sunday.

Martelli Studio & Fine Art Gallery. The gallery is located at 414 Main Street, 2nd floor, Melrose. Matthew Martelli has an exhibit now with his work. You can reach the Gallery by calling 781-665-1606. Gallery hours are Wed.-Thurs. 11:00am-5pm, Fri. 4:00-8:00pm, Sat. 11:00am-5:00pm.
